Description of special cleaning work:
Chemical cleaning on upholstered furniture
Upholstered furniture gets dirty quickly. We recommend using the help of our specialists who wash the furniture with a textile cover or care for leather furniture by using special substances, a couple of times a year. This ensures the long life and pleasant general appearance of the furniture.
Chemical cleaning of carpets
Carpet needs chemical cleaning at least once or twice a year. By using a wet wash we remove dirt from the carpet that cannot be removed with a hoover. We spray a detergent solution onto the surface and treat it with the cleaning machine. We remove the dirty water with water suction equipment, and finally we leave the carpet to dry. The result is definitely worth it.
Maintenance of stone and concreted floors
Heavy duty covering materials require everyday care, periodic deep washing, and a protective covering layer. When cleaning ceramic tiles, and concrete and natural stone, we take into consideration the nature and location of the materials which are to be cleaned. Once we have done this we can source the most appropriate method for the special cleaning of such materials, the need for covering them with a saturation substance to protect them in future, and the frequency at which any future maintenance work needs to be applied.
Maintenance of PVC and linoleum floors
PVC and linoleum floor coverings are similar in appearance to each other, but their composition and maintenance requirements are different. We carry out everyday cleaning by using similar tools for both, but by using different methods. For PVC we use the wet method, and for linoleum we use the slight-to-moist method.
Maintenance of laminate and wooden floors
At first sight laminate and wooden floors are similar, but the differences which arise from their composition require maintenance that is specific to the floor type. Laminate floors are not waxed and wooden floors are usually waxed or oiled.
Maintenance of special materials floor covers
Nowadays, special purpose buildings often use rubber, semi-conductor, or safety floors, as well as hot waxed, lacquered or woollen carpet floors. Special materials require special methods of maintenance. In everyday maintenance cleaning on floors we use neutral detergents, and for cleaning natural materials we use cleaning methods that include very little wet treatment.
Window cleaning
Window cleaning includes the cleaning of glass surfaces, window frames, window sills, and the space between the window, removing dust, spider webs, etc. We recommend cleaning windows at least twice a year or even more frequently, depending on the location of the building and the nature of the rooms inside it. Windows which are located alongside roads which carry heavy traffic loads should be cleaned every week. Outdoor window cleaning can be carried out at temperatures down to -5°C.
Facade cleaning
For cleaning different facade materials, in addition to a manual cleaning we also apply a powerwash, a wet sand wash, and a dry sand wash. we also apply a powerwash, a wet sand wash, and a dry sand wash. Thanks to modern technology and special resources we can clean facades very quickly and with high quality results.
